EAT THE RAINBOW FOR BREAKFAST

Do you ever eat vegetables in the morning? Growing up, I did not typically eat vegetables for breakfast. Occasionally, we had fresh sliced tomatoes in season...which tomatoes aren't really vegetables, however, they seem more like veggies than fruit. But I digress... 

Lately, I've been adding vegetables to my breakfast occasionally. Today I had sauteed carrots and spinach with my scrambled eggs and blueberries, and it was quite enjoyable. It's an excellent way to get my veggie quota for the day. So if you don't already, try "eating the rainbow" for breakfast and let me know what you think! 🥕🫛🥬
